Ein Morgen voller Energie: Melanie gewährt im Interview Einblick in Ihre Morgenroutine

A morning full of energy: Melanie gives an insight into her morning routine in an interview

We ask: Good morning, Melanie! It's great that you took the time for us. Morning routines are an exciting topic. Let's get started right away: How important is your morning routine to you and what motivates you to stick to it consistently?

Melanie: Good morning! My morning routine is the perfect way for me to start the day. It gives me structure and energy – and it just feels good to start the day with a clear head and a good feeling.

We ask: You mention that you enjoy your breakfast - a protein porridge - while looking at your vision board. That sounds exciting. Can you tell us something about what you see on your vision board?

Melanie: Sure! On my vision board there are pictures and quotes that motivate me to achieve my goals and dreams. It's a mixture of professional visions, personal wishes and things that inspire me, like travel or beautiful nature photos.

We ask: That's really inspiring! A big part of your routine also seems to be nutritional supplements. Why are they so important to you and how do you choose the products?

Melanie: For me, nutritional supplements are a great way to support my body in providing it with the best possible nutrition. I make sure to choose high-quality products that promote my health and give me energy - like those from Be The Change, a local manufacturer from St. Gallen. Every product has a clear function for me, be it for my immune system, my skin or my general well-being.

We ask: Could you briefly guide us through your "little helpers"? It's great how much attention you pay to your health.

Melanie: Of course! In the morning I take:

We ask: Wow, that's a well thought out routine! And then you cycle to work - how important is exercise in the morning for you?

Melanie: Exercise is essential for me. Riding my bike clears my head, gets my circulation going and gives me a little moment in nature before the workday begins.

We ask: Finally, do you have a tip for anyone who wants to develop or improve their own morning routine?

Melanie: My most important tip: start small and incorporate things that are good for you. Whether it's a cup of tea, a few minutes of silence or a little exercise - find what motivates you and gives you energy. And: be patient with yourself!

We ask: Thank you, Melanie, for these insights. Your morning routine is really inspiring - it shows how much positive you can do in the first hours of the day!

Melanie: Thank you very much! It was fun talking about it. 😊
